Goosed Out

Goosed Out is the the state of being fucked up on alcohol and drugs beyond any point of return.

To achieve the level of "Goosed" you must be so fucked up that your body throws itself into a nerve system contagion which causes goose bumps to form on the surface of your skin. Hence the term's name.
