A slang term for having anal sex. The "Charlie" refers to the penis while the "chocolate factory" refers to the anus, which produces "chocolate" (referring to shit).

When you take one chocolate and eat it, you have no idea which ones are good or nasty so you gamble on which chocolate would be the good one.
