A moment where adrenaline rushes over your body, and you momentarily experience Main Character Syndrome.
Timmy: "Do you remember the time you were riding your bike and it got a flat tire? You pushed through pedaling, and even bent the rim of the bike!"
Sally: "Must have been one hell of an anime moment!"
Timmy: "It was! I could feel the adrenaline rushing through my body."
Sally: "Must have been one hell of an anime moment!"

A moment in anime which could convey emotions but most of the time, it becomes cringy because it is such a cliché.
Person 1: Man, the fight was such an anime moment, the edgy main character lost their cool and teleported everywhere with insane power.
Person 2: I can't really argue with you, it sure is an anime moment.
