the social theory which argues that men have unearned social, economic, and political advantages or rights that are granted to them solely on the basis of their sex, and which are usually denied to women.
He got the job over the women because he is a male. That is male privilege.

asian privilege 

Asian privilege is being born Asian pretty much. You get a good family that teaches you to work hard, you become more educated than everyone else, you go to better schools than everyone else, and you get a better wife and a better career than everyone else, including white people. Basically, being born Asian is alone a privilege that everyone wishes they had.
Facebook decided to pick Josh Chung over white American Joe Smith, despite Joe having more experience outside of academics in the field of software, simply because Josh is Asian. Therefore, Josh has Asian privilege

Pizza Privilege 

Having access to actually good pizza places because you live on the east coast yet ignoring it.
Shane lives on the East Coast so he has access to good Pizza, yet he abuses his Pizza Privilege and goes to Papa Johns or Blaze Pizza
