Pandora Lovegood is the most amazing person you will ever meet. She is best friends with Regulus Black and she's gorgeous and literally deserves the world. 1 - positive one, defining someone ingenuous or naive in a cute way ;
2 - negative one, defining someone stupid ;

1 - "hey, your dog is so cute!"

2 - "shit, I forgot to pay the bills!"
"you're such of a pandolo!"
