In swimming: When a certain person in your lane accepts the challenge to go first, but then stops at the other end to allow others to pass. Going right before someone, and swimming extremely slow. Also leaving the wall right after someone, when there is only five people in the lane, and five seconds in the minimun number of seconds in between each person's departure and touching their feet the entire time. **This happens throughout the whole practice**
