Hosni Mubarak was president of Egypt for nearly 30 years. In 2011, millions of people in Egypt took to the streets demanding his resignation when they had had enough of the corruption surrounding his regime. For nearly 18 days in January and February, he seemed to ignore the demands of the Egyptian people.

Therefore, a Mubarak, is a crazy ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend that refuses to believe a relationship is over even after they've been told so by their partner.

A Spanish word that Latino people use in an English sentence describing a boy who is involved in girl stuff. Not necessarily meaning he is gay. Such as gossip, drama, how much you paid for your hair, where you are going, who is hanging out with who. Doesn't normally hang out with boys but mostly girls.
