Clown lung

Clown lung is the slang term for talcosis. Inhaling talcum powder excessively over time causes lung problems, even death. People who have regularly breathed in talcum powder over long periods of time have developed serious lung damage and cancer. Clowns apply heavy talcum to set their make-up so that's where the slang term originated from.

Bong lung

What one experiences from hitting a bong too much. Can be achieved by daily bong use for an extended period of time.

Symptoms are increased lung/throat irritation and decreased smoke-inhalation capacity.

Causes stoner shame and lactose-intolerance accusations.

Treatments include taking a break from bongs specifically, or switching exclusively to vaporization for herb consumption.
