L-Action

L-Action (TM) is power of your Language combined with the Power of Actions to create the Reality you are living.

If you don't like your life, then the first thing you have to do is look at your language (How are you talking - to yourself and others? When you are talking or thinking, is it primarily focused on what you don't like or don't want? If it is, you have to change your language in order to change your perspective. What your brain focuses on is what it will look for more of in your environment.). Next, you have to look at your Actions. (Do you say you want a raise at work, but stay on Facebook all day or spend all day texting your friends? Your actions have to match or support your words! ACT in a way that will achieve what you want for yourself. It's not going to come to you with you sitting on your behind.)

L-Action (TM) as a concept was originally created by a non-profit organization, Genesis - The Awareness Company, in 2012. It is used by both Genesis and their subsidiary, GTAC Coaching and Consulting, in their teaching and consulting work. GTAC specializes in working with student athletes in both high school and college.

Method Acting

When an actor or actress decides to commit fully to their role by becoming the character on and off set.

(This can either lead to great success like in the case of Christian Bale in American Psycho or in annoying or dragging down everyone on a movie set like in the case of every Jared Leto role.)

Jared Leto decided method acting was the best way to play the role of Michael Morbius by using crutches he didn’t need and refusing to use the bathroom without help from people who came to film a movie, and now had to help a D-List actor wipe his own ass.
