someone (most likely from india because logic) who either "gives away" stuff "for free" or asks for stuff in exchange for nothing.

scammer: hello, this is (insert name) from (insert company), you have been selected to win a prize.
victim: mmmm no.
scammer: what do you mean, i actually work at (insert company).
victim: lol no this is a scam
scammer: (insert an entire minute of cussing out victim)
victim: have a good day, sweetheart. (hangs up)

Often used on the Angry Birds subreddit (r/angrybirds).

Even obama (yes, obama) has fell victim to this.
Often found when you search random stuff on google.
