A Penis Possessor is a person (doesn't have to be male because we respect the LGBTQ+ community) who possesses a penis. Any person who has a penis, is a penis possessor.

In other words, you don't want to completely commit yourself to whether this is an actual fucked-up situation or not because you don't have all the facts. And if you misjudge it or call it prematurely, you would look like a dick. So meticulous and cautious soul that you are "What the possible fuck!" is the perfect reaction.

Pete (breathlessly excited): "MadCow says that a swarm of little green moon-men have landed their spacecraft on Times Square and and are handing out little green lollypops while shouting 'Fear not! We've come in peace!'"

Possum Look

An important ritual for establishing whether or not a potential mating partner is a worthy recipient of attention. It involves a slender, slow approach, followed by a momentary halt in movement to gaze upon the prey, and finally either retreating with haste in the opposite direction or approaching ferociously. These movements are similar to possums who aimlessly dangle on power lines, and are ready to accept death by doing so.
