When one uses a lame excuse of a dog biting or nibbling their neck. To cover up that they have been up to no good and allowing someone to suck their neck. Other lame excuses are "I fell over whist hovering and the suction nossel attached to my neck, leaving this dark coloured mark on my neck"

suburban hick

An unsophisticated person from a sub-urban area who is known to tan frequently, bleach their hair, and wear many misguided fashions at once, such as oversized sun-glasses, gauchos, flip-flops, popped collars, and anything from Abercrombie & Fitch. Can often be found wandering aimlessly in a mall talking on a cell phone. Usually travels in packs. Often posts pictures of themselves scantily clad and drinking heavily on social networking websites such as myspace and facebook.

While in the city, the suburban hicks stuck out like a sore thumb.
