They tell me that old Paddy's last dribble finally learned to tie her shoelaces. They're hoping she'll be able to get her left and right shoes the right way round by the time she's 50.

The streaks created by a download on a web site before all of the web site's graphics are fully buffered. Often seen on web sites with large graphics, such as Barnes and Noble Bookstores.
I went to the web site and got some download dribble for a few seconds before I saw the image of the painting.
