A beta male who goes out of his way to defend all women (commonly when she is insulted by someone online). They are desperate to get laid and defend women in hopes of the woman having pity of him and offering the white knight sex as a reward.

spoiler alert: they never get offered sex by the women they defend, they will probably spend their lives completely alone in hopes of having sex with one of the women they defend
