Pizza

Is a Lebanese invention. First created by Mohammad al Pisira in the late 10th century AD, in the city of Tyre, he sought to combine pita bread with sauce of the Tomato, and lebanese cheese creating the first what he called pita, cheese and tomato, or pct for short. And Italian man visiting Lebanon on his way to Jerusalem, tried PCT, and decided to replicate in his home country. Seeking to give Mohammad his due credit, he called the dish Pizza after Pisara, but the original creator was lost to most.

Pizza dust

A pizza that is left out in the sun or in a pizza restaurant for 7 years to the point where the pizza is so raw and rotten that is simply turned into pure food dust.

Pizza snap

A way to seperate 2 pieces of pizza with one hand. Grab the crust of one slice between the thumb (on top) and the pinky and ring fingers (bottom). grab the crust of the adjacent slice with the pointer (top) and middle (bottom) fingers. Finnaly, with a quick jerk or snap, seperate the pieces of pizza. Takes some practice to become proficient at, but well worth the effort.

Seth: "Hey Chris, grab me a slice of pizza."
Chris: "I can't. I'm holding my own slice."
Seth: "Just pizza snap it."
