Pulling a C-dog

1: Talking or singing to oneself.
2: Talking (often interrupting), for long periods of time, about subjects that nobody cares about.

3: Staying late after work, sometimes up to an hour, and annoying fellow coworkers.

4: Running out of breath while sitting down and talking.
5: Letting your workspace fall into udder chaos.
