An argument people in MMORPGs often use to combat critisism (even if intended as kind advice) from other players. While usually associated with Final Fantasy 14 players, it can be seen, albiet less often, with other MMOs due it being able to be used as a general term.

Person 1: Try moving out of the AOE next time. Don't worry about interrupting your casting!
Person 2: Excuse me? You don't pay my sub!
Person 3: *Sarcastic tone* I can give you a subway gift card! *Rimshot*

Why would they defend these people with their silence? If it because they're liars? They're lying? They don't actually care about the things they claim to care about? That it's like WWE for them? They're... Pretending? That has to be strange as a viewer and a fan right? As a matter of perspective, you are watching them pull robs off the rib-pig along side your influencer and you both claimed that if you lost it would be the last time you have the chance. Now Trump is going to implement policy to get rid of DEI and Trans shit and who's fault is it that that is happening to you? I mean, he only had 51% of the vote. It wouldn't have taken much to turn the tides... So... Did they alienate somebody? Did you need like 1% of the people to vote for you? Did you need a way to tarnish the credibility of the conservatives? Did you HAVE a way of doing that? Why didn't you do it?"

You don't want to come out publicly

Saying that you are using the "weaponized schizophrenia" to get me to do whatever you expect me to do here. Whether it's walking back the things I've said or doing something else instead of this, I can't let you do this. You know I can't. It isn't trivial. And Fuck you Dr. Phil you ALREADY REGRET IT. I SAW YOU CRYING ABOUT IT. I'm not sharing in your regret for the rest of my life because I don't feel bad enough about your kids being harmed and IF THE WOMEN DON'T FUCK THEN I DON'T HAVE TO CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS.
