Typically used in terms like cisgender or cissexual. Cisgender people are those who remain their gender observed at birth by the doctor, cissexual refers to people who are attracted to those who are their birth gender. Can also be used as an acronym like "Comfortable In Self" which can imply those who are choosing a different gender than at birth (transgender) aren't comfortable with their existing self prior to transitioning which is true given gender dysphoria as a mental illness.

This guy is cis, he was born a male and chose to remain a male rather than transition to another gender.

CIS Lord

Someone who is only sexually interested in the opposite sex and does not recognize gender as being separate from biological sex. They still may use peoples requested pronouns, but this would be as a curtesy not as a belief for them.

Originated as a play on words with the term "Sith Lord" from Star Wars, utilizing the related "rule of two" to refer to the belief that there are only two sexes(genders) as apposed to the master apprentice "rule of two" from the movies.

She is a biological female and considers herself to be a CIS Lord, so she is only interested in men sexually.
