Process whereby a customer service employee provides change in a stacked form resulting in paper money lying flat across one's palm topped with change, thus creating a "tower" that topples with the slightest shift in movement.

Frank picked up the coffee and doughnuts, but spilled his change at the drive-thru due to a tower struggle with an overzealous employee.
