Scrutin is a basic look out word. If someone is about to say something and they think nobodys around but then you see someone is you can say scrutin and they will automatically know to keep there mouth shut. Its basically saying lookout

shouting at tea

When someone is getting irrationally angry and venting this anger at a completely innocent third party on the internet.

This is a modern version of the classic English idiom "tilting at windmills" from Don Quixote. It first arose in a thread on twitter in February 2020 by the social media person responsible for Yorkshire Tea replying to someone berating them because a politician had shared a photograph of himself with Yorkshire Tea.

Sue, you're shouting at tea. Please do look after yourself and try to be kind to others. We're going to mute you now.
