if said in a cutesy way becomes a way of inappropriately touching a womans breasts at an unexpected moment.. but they cant be mad because you said it in a cute way whilst malesting them! The breasts have to be touched in a comparitive weighing manner.

When a person becomes a member of a certain gang they must kill a designated person in order to join said gang (blood in) and the only way out of the gang is to die (blood out)
