Get the Yesn’t, I couldn’t not not mug.When this contraction of "Yes" and "Not" gained popularity on the Internet in mid-2018, it simply was meant as a meme-cultured way to say "No." (There was even a changedotorg petition to change "No" to "Yesn't," which was signed by 26,000 people.)
Nowadays, the use of "Yesn't" is meant to indicate that the answer to a question isn't entirely "yes" or "no" (i.e. "maybe" or "partially"). Interestingly, this was the original intent of the word when it first appeared in 2008 due to Robert Funk.
Owing to the two partly-clashing meanings of this word, there are two examples provided.

Yesn't does NOT mean no. DON'T LISTEN TO ANYBODY WHO SAYS IT DOES. THEY'RE TRYING TO DECEIVE YOU.
it REALLY MEANS yes AND no at the SAME TIME. like, maybe. but putting an n't at the end of almost all other words still makes them mean the opposite, for example, saying goodn't still means bad, or not-good.
you see, the yesness of the yes is enough to resist the noness of the n't. requiring two n'ts to team up and combine their power to truly neutralise the yesness.
for reference, yes means yes. yesn't means yes and no. yesn'tn't means no. but if you put a third n't in there, it goes back to meaning yes, because the third n't will almost always actually be a swedish spy, or something..
You can say yesn't if your hesitant or something. Like, you don't quite agree but you don't quite agreen't either.
