A driver (male/female) known to ALWAYS allow others the right-of-way, often causing his/her passengers to become angry at them for being overly nice to any and all traffic.

Knittin' Up Traffic

Weaving through traffic; not cutting cars off so much as dodging them on your way through at a slightly higher rate of speed.

Damn, dude, you should've seen this close call. I was knittin' up traffic this morning, ridin' out on the slab, and a lady came driving out of nowhere, cutting me off with no brake lights. I almost hit her!
