The word to describe how terrible your substitute teacher is. The substitute usually says he/she is strict when really he/she is just a mean person.
Also this word defines a teacher who just Dosent know how to teach.

Man: oh my god, Mrs. Smith is straight up Sript.
Friend: yeah, I know. I always end up getting her and she can't teach.
