However this doesn't apply to just anyone, it is a very specific term. The white girl must be absolutely obsessed with taking pictures. She must be very short, to the point where if you look her in the eyes to talk to her your neck will begin to hurt from the extreme angle that you must look down to see her. She must also be dressed up like a hippie/ millennial,lucky, she doesn't act like one though. She will commonly be found at fast food restaurants such as taco bell, as they are the only places that she will be able to walk inside as they have low door handles. She must be kept away from coffie at all times, because once it enters her system she looses any small amounts of sense that she has left. It is common knowledge that you will go deaf if you ride in the car with a girl like this as she constantly screeems and bitches at everyone else that owns a car and is in here direct area. She will not text and drive however taking pictures a different story as it is the only thing that she can actually do. I would suggest staying far away from any location where she is, as meeting one is a very dangerous situation as the short hight of their body leads to a short temper at times, and for another piece of advice watch out for the retainer she wears because while she's taking pictures of things you won't know what's coming next because you won't be able to understand her.
