An urban version of pitching pennies. Two or more people can play. They all throw coins to a wall (usually a penny or copper) and the person whos coin landed closest to the wall wins. The game you used to lose your school money over or upgrade to the chicken fillet burger.

shut up money

Money given, or taken, from any organization that wants to pretend they care. Instead, they just give you some money, then they never want to hear from you ever again.
This played out in the movie Shawshank Redemption, for library funds.

I told the Employment Officer that I received my yearly dividend cheque, but I called it “shut up money”. The officer did not even question me about where it came from, or what it was about.
