A verb used to describe the act of bringing cheese to a function or social event.

Ruby: "Hey Rick, do you know who's cheesing this party up tonight?"
Rick: "Hao is about to cheese it up. He's bringing an assortment of famous French and Swiss soft cheeses, along with some regular crackers to pair them with."
