A girl who is a lesbian and is too dense to pick up on the hints that her friend has a crush on her. Usually used as a character archetype and a term of endearment rather than something negative, as the audience is frustrated, yet on the edge of their seats, with the will-they-wont-they dynamic. I.e. they're dumb relationship-wise, not smarts-wise.

Adora from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power is such a dumb lesbian. It took 5 seasons and Catra spelling out her feelings for her to realize she was down bad for her.
