A man who will do anything for a woman to make them happy. Will ask to be a woman’s foot-licking slaves. Will often be seen parading around the city holding a sign saying “All woman are queens”. Any man who stoops to this level should be intensely ridiculed by repeated jesting of being called a simp.

A silly or foolish person. Now it's described for a person that simps for a girl on the internet by sending love letters/donating money. In 2020 the word simp still has some simmilarities to before like a person is silly/foolish by thinking he will marry an E-Girl.
