When an individual is under the influence of at least one or more substances. This individual must be in almost a blackout stage. The stage before blackout is called an individuals "power swag" because it is the time that anything seems possible. The person inhibited by this swag will usually try anything stupid you suggest to them, including to but not limited to jumping off roofs, banging whales, and even headbutting walls. Be warned this is a dangerous stage.
