In other words, people are fucked with in some way, then hucked a reason for why they deserved it. In fact, they should have expected it!
The colonizers pulled a classic fuck-n-huck on the colonized, taking control of their lands and lives, then claiming to teach them how to make both their lands and lives more “productive.”
