The mid-month paycheck, generally cut on the 15th, that isn't wasted on rent and other expenses. This leaves 100% of the paycheck left to party, make ill-advised purchases, or pimp out.

An activity carried out typically by Seniors and some Juniors in which the room checker will fuck around with the room checker in a multitude of ways, i.e. dick pillow, sausage microwaving, meat goggles, making Brett call himself a weenie, and interrogating a freshman about why they only hit him up to fish.
