This phrase is misogynistic. It represents everything wrong with our culture today. This phrase refers to women and how they should stay in the kitchen where they so called belong.

the act of trauma dumping in a controlled self analytical way. you repeat the issue slowly and out loud. getting the details slowly spelled out till you have something that make sense. in personal experience would reccomend getting a recorder so that you dont have to kill phone battery, use storage space, and save to let out in a theraputic setting. the point is to maintain the mindset of helping a realized issue/trigger. slowly break the mental fire wall around the issue. usually in the process, you would be spiralling rapidly and trying to find ground, hurting yourself in the process. another recommendation is to watch low stimulation content or bluey. taking a self maintaining route to heal, like a robot that has learned to self repair. its like reopening a wound jest to pull a projectile out yourself. my migraines have become chronic, my sleep issues repeat, and my mind doesnt know how to stop. in the process i feel like im coming to very rough landing.
"homie, can you stop trauma dumping?" im sorry, i'm fluff-letting, i think i might be nuerodivergent and im unsure. (authors personal experience: i believe i might be autistic)
