I disagree with the definition of foofee as a vagina. I have heard this used as an adjective which means excessively girly.

"Hey, I can be as foofee as the rest of them, but for this hike, I'm wearing comfy shoes."

Noun, Offencive fragrance products (perfume, Colongue, ect..),sometimes of low quality, used in such quantity (often by someone who has not bathed) that it is overpowering.
