Neutral-Contact

A person (typically a paraphile) who is neutral on acting on sexual interests. This especially applies to paraphilias that are harmful when acted on, such as pedophilia, zoophilia, necrophilia, etc. If someone says they are neutral-contact, that typically means they are completely neutral on if you act on your paraphilia.

Person 1: I am a neutral-contact pedophile. I am neutral on if you are in a relationship with a minor as an adult, I don't care.

Contact Stoned is when you get stoned by being in the same room or space that other people are getting are smoking pot/weed in.

You get stoned by being on close contact to the other person who is in the process of getting stoned/high.

I just got a little 'contact stoned' because my boyfriend smoked pot while we were in bed together.

Limbo Contact

Somebody on your contact list (either instant messenger, email, or phone) who you no longer communicate with but have no real reason to remove them. Because of this they end up staying on your contact list for far too long.

Damn.. I've got 500 people on MSN, most of those are limbo contacts!
