Originated from the twitch streamer, 'Tubbo' who often does strange things and those things are referred to as Tubbo Moments. Per example, if one asks how much a chocolate bar costs when it clearly states the price across the front of the chocolate bar, that might be referred to as a Tubbo Moment, as that is something that the streamer/youtuber Tubbo would do.
