A phrase developed in 2002 among the pedophilia kink community as a cheer for for Brandon Watts, a well known child porn actor famous for his gay sex Bukkake videos. It later became a phrase the underground community would use to identify each other in more public venues. On October 2, 2021 reporter Kelli L. Stavast, working with Nascar, trolled thousands of Republicans by cleverly getting them to adopt the phrase as part of their own lingo after a crowd of Nascar fans were chanting the phrase "Fuck Joe Biden", and she sneakily suggested they were actually using the famous child molestation identifier phrase. It has since experienced wide adoption among the pedophile Republican community, many of which view it as a sign that their kink is finally being widely accepted with the public.
