Her father used a Kenneth Guerrero tactic when he declared that she must have imagined the entire episode.

To get someone together with you, usually with a catch like Marijuana (or *gas*), and then later dropping bombshells of defamation, (or shedding *light* on judgmental outings) as to incite pernicious activity amongst the relationship, fights, or general emotional abuse.
