Fucked In The Head.
A gentle way to describe a student who is struggling with his or her mental health or mental capacity in an educational setting. As used by the teaching staff so as not to alert anyone in earshot of the kid's assessment and to cause upset or concern. Can easily be mistaken for a child's ranking, in between fourth and sixth.

Teacher A: What is the issue with little Johnny?
Teacher B: I think that he is FITH.
