For Example: When I went outside to let my dogs out, I could see my breath and I knew it was Fogging Cold!

A regional term for someone basic who also lacks grace and style. A person who would choose housing based on location, organize private Facebook groups, laugh about inside jokes publicly, and wear clothes that were fashionable three years ago.

Person 1: "Oh my gosh, did you hear that girl laughing about her Facebook group chat in the grad lounge?"
Person 2: "She must be a fog chick."
