A small random piece of plastic or rubber or non specific item made of plastic or rubber that is chewed on. For example a plastic zip tie or a rubber grommet.

Out of boredom or maybe nervousness he gnawed mercilessly at the chubie. By the end of the inning it was barely identifiable.

Adjective or verb; one can find his or herself in a situation where they are chubstuck.

I tried to pass a slow moving vehicle on the right (thereby 'stuffing' them), however I then noticed a police cruiser lying in wait and was forced to slow down or be pulled over. I was chubstuck.

I can't stand my Mother-In-Law so when she died I was elated... Until I met my husband's sisters at the funeral. Chubstuck like a semi-hungry person who neglectfully burnt the only frozen pizza on hand, after midnight, in a rural town.
