A "fuck boy" is someone a girl knows is just good for sex and nothing else. He's not to be taken seriously in regards to any type of serious commitment and the tell tale signs are usually quite obvious. The term "Fuck boy" tends to have a derogatory from scorned women who could not differentiate a "fuck boy" to a "prospect".
