Chuck is a person who is annoying some of the time. but means well. He genuinely wants to help his friends, but sometimes gets annoying along the way. He is also very awkward, especially when trying to do something romantic. If he asks somebody to a dance, he won't dance with them, but will sit in the corner with his friends until the dance is over.

Person 1: That person is nice, but he's really annoying.
