An involuntary physical reaction displaying attitude, where ones head snaps backwards, then to the side, while grimacing and rolling eyes. Usually a reaction to things the person disagrees with, can also be used for disgust, disdain, frustration and other sour reactions. Named after a Patrice W of Texas.
