A championship won by a sports team that would have 100% without a shadow of a doubt wouldn't have won the championship without their opponents being injury riddled. The Celtics on the other hand were called a stacked superteam all year, so stacked that everyone claimed the Celtics had "no excuses" not to win it all, therefore no type of injury would have altered the outcome of the 2024 playoffs.
