Much like gateway drugs, it’s the softer entry level metal you listen to before getting into harder, heavier metal. -Steven Jessup

A sub- genre of metal that is really sexaulized. This music can be either sexaulized within the lyrics or is a sub- genre of metal music you can boink someone to.
Example bands- Sleep token, Deaftones, Type O Negative and Nine inch nails

Bands like Swayzak 1 TOM Robot 0 who perform metal in and about the ghetto. Overlaps with parking lot metal.
Ghetto metal is the best.

Whilst listening to in headphones full blast the heavy metal band "dark funeral" you must insert a pair of drum sticks up your bumhole and stack donuts on your dick, whilst whistling the tune to "who wants to be a millionaire simultaneously machine gunning your ass looking into the eyes of a kidnapped victim you earlier abducted during the day, forcing them to watch you climax.
Myles proceeded to force his victim to watch him as he started "heavy metal frogging" himself, they watch for over three hours!

A genre of music classified by their bands giving concerts at parking lots, of strip malls or supermarkets. They usually set up their instruments right on the handicapped space. That causes problems.
Mastodon, Idiots on Guitar, Warren Trenchcoat, and Swayzak 1 TOM Robot 0 are examples of parking lot metal bands.

An overused management phrase often used in team meetings as a motivational or performance booster which often leaves those present thinking 'what the hell does that even mean?' and 'Is he just making up his own quotes now?'. A generic phrase with no historical provenance. Frequently used in team meetings before or after recent poor performance or acts of sheer incompetence this generic term is a camouflaged attempt to get certain staff to improve and perform better. However they are deaf to the suggestion it is aimed at them and such use often 'goes straight over their heads'.
Manager - 'I don't want to tell you all how to suck eggs but you all need to be on your metal today'
