asshole is a term for someone who acts like a jerk. there are two types of assholes:
1) the type to act like a common asshole
2) the type who is just something else but still acts like an asshole (like humans were monkeys)

An Asshole is a person who habitually offends, is rude to, or is demeaning of others and thinks that there is nothing wrong with their actions. Assholes believe they and their needs and desires are more important than others and therefore they rationalize that they are fully justified in whatever they do or say. As a result, an Asshole believes that if there is any real problem then it resides on the part of their victims rather than being something of their own creation. As a group, Assholes comprise a large subset of Narcissists. But while all Narcissists are indeed Assholes, not all Assholes are Narcissists. Their motto might be: “Being an Asshole means never having to say you’re sorry.”

My Doctor acts as like a real asshole when he treats my medical issues as no big deal.
