The main public beach in Newport RI that is infamous for it's red seaweed. Locals steer clear from this beach and go to the private beaches like hazards and gooseberry instead. If they want the big beach experience, they go to Second Beach or Gansett instead.

When a guy talks about marriage and kids on the first date then fucks you and throws serious amounts of drama your way and expects you to take it then bolts at the first issue you present. This guy fears commitment event into adulthood. He talks about marriage but takes no steps towards it. He talks about kids but takes no action towards having them.
