Vulcan Vagina Clamp

A vulcan vagina clamp is derived from the Vulcan greeting whereby the right or left hand is raised so that the index/middle finger and the ring/little finger are spread, making the shap of a "V;" when put sideways, the two top fingers go into a humanoids vagina and the bottom two fingers (not the thumb) go into the humanoids ass.
