VERTICAL CHIMPS & BABOON~ETTS ; a vertical chimp can have a multitude of meanings… however according to Michael Fazio some VERTICAL CHIMPS are more VERTICAL than others & this species is what we are concerned with in today's world. To vertical plank, to hang from a ledge/bar or any other things able to be gripped with the hand. Using only your hands, hang in a complete vertical position, elevating, as if standing. The higher/more dangerous the plank, the more skilled the plank.
